OUR PEOPLE
Rebecca Sutherland, President
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Rebecca moved to Atlanta to attend college. She is a graduate of Emory University, where she earned a degree in Economics & Psychology and played Varsity Tennis.
In May 2005, Rebecca became involved with the face-to-face sales and marketing industry. She began as a sales rep and was promoted to management within a year. In another 5 months, she opened up her own office.
Rebecca credits the rapid growth of her business to the number of ambitious entrepreneurs that have become part of North, Inc. With so much opportunity still yet to be realized, Rebecca believes that, given the right mix of work ethic and attitude, many more can achieve similar successes in this industry.
Mallory McQueen, Office Manager
Mallory, a Boca Raton, FL native, moved to New Hampshire to attend Dartmouth College. She graduated from Dartmouth with a degree in Anthropology.
Mallory joined our team in August of 2009 and is responsible for office recruitment, preliminary human resources decisions, and general day-to-day operations. She enjoys the fast pace nature of her position and the team-oriented environment of the office.
Ali Huneke, Human Resources Director
Ali grew up in St. Louis, MO and graduated from Saint Louis University with a Communications Degree.
Ali joined North, Inc. in December of 2009 as an Account Manager and was recently promoted to her current position as Human Resources Director. She now aids in office recruitment, human resources decisions, and general day-to-day operations of the office. She enjoys building strong relationships with her co-workers and the friendly interactions she has with new people every day.
Megan Bowman, Intern
Megan, a St. Louis native, is currently a student at Saint Louis University studying Political Science and Business Administration. She is spending the summer before her senior year interning at North, Inc.
This internship allows her the opportunity to gain valuable business experience. Her duties involve helping with the human resources side of North, developing and maintaining North's social media sites, and other PR activities. She enjoys meeting new people and learning all she can about the HR and PR sides of the business.
Bob Edwards, Assistant Manager
Bob, a St. Louis native, attended Evangel University in Springfield and graduated with degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration.
In April 2008, Bob joined North as a sales rep and he advanced quickly. Now as Assistant Manager, Bob is responsible for training new employees, aiding with human resources decisions, and other general day-to-day operations. Bob enjoys helping other members of the North team develop and thrive.
Chris Roberts, Assistant Manager
Chris grew up in Pontiac, IL and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. He graduated with a degree in Business Management.
Chris joined North, Inc. in March of 2008 as a sales rep and was recently promoted to Assistant Manager. As Assistant Manager, Chris is responsible for training new employees and helping with HR decisions. He enjoys helping others at North progress and succeed.
Erin Redmon, Manager
Erin, a Missouri native, grew up in Kansas City. She later moved to Warrensburg, MO to attend the University of Central Missouri where she studied Business Management.
Erin joined North in August 2007 and quickly qualified for a promotion to management. Now as a Manager, she trains new employees, aids with human resources decisions, and helps with other day-to-day activities. She enjoys motivating others in the office and doing all she can to further develop the company.
