Founded in Atlanta in 2005, North was formed in response to a demand by communication clients seeking a more effective, personal, and result-driven marketing technique.

The Objective:

Here at North, we train the senior management staff ourselves, beginning from an entry-level position. Learning our business from the inside out increases the effectiveness of the senior level executives.


Responsibilities of Management Trainee Include:


-Meeting daily with various qualified customers and clients to present them with services our Fortune 500 clients provide.
-Assisting in our daily operation.
-Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals.
-Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team -environment.
-Managing external customer needs.
-Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
